Return & Refund Policy

At the Paul McBeth Foundation, we stand behind the quality of our products and are grateful for your support in helping bring disc golf to new communities worldwide.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

• Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for the same item or another product of equal value. Please contact us prior to sending any item back so we can confirm availability.

How to Return

• Returns are accepted by mail only.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• To initiate a return, please email customersupport@paulmcbethfoundation.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed mailing instructions.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

• There are no restocking fees.

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards or digital donations

• Limited-edition or special-release products

• Used discs or apparel
